The College Was Established In 1989 With Commitment Of Imparting Higher Education To The Educationally Deprived Women Of The Rural Areas It’s Basic Objective Is To Cater To The Needs Of Women In Rural Areas Who Have Been Deprived Of Opportunity Of Higher Education. The College Has Single Faculty Of Arts . The College Offers Courses Leading To B.A. It Has Three Departments Viz. Hindi, Marathi and History And Child Development As An Optional Subject It Is A Government Aided College And Recognized By NAAC And UGC Under 2F And 12B.This College Is Affiliated To The SNDT Women’s University Mumbai Maharashtra I Wish All The Students In The College A Very Bright Future.

It Has Now Reached The Zenith, Attracting Rural Women Students From All Over The District And State And Creating Truly Empowered Women. Being affiliated to S.N.D.T Univ. it is the only womens’ college in the area.Since it’s beginning it has fulfilled it’s promise of providing quality education to the women and girls of the area.The staff is always working towards fulfilling the goal of empowering our girls and encouraging them to find their place in the society. We keep on adding to the existing infrastructure and work towards providing better facilities for our students.
